Govt For Driving Growth In Building Sector: Min Uttam Kumar Reddy

Hyderabad: The Cyberabad Builders Association (CBA), a real estate and construction community, on Sunday hosted its annual celebration alongside a discussion focused on the evolving landscape of Hyderabad’s real estate sector. Key stakeholders, industry leaders and policymakers came together to discuss strategic growth trends shaping the city’s real estate future.

Addressing the gathering Uttam Kumar Reddy, Minister for Irrigation and Civil Supplies, Government of Telangana, said: “Telangana Government is committed to driving growth in the building and construction sector across Hyderabad and the State. With a strong focus on ease of doing business, the Government will continue to implement progressive policies that empowers builders, fueling profitability and long-term success.”

During the discussion, industry leaders acknowledged the city’s booming commercial real estate. Attendees engaged in interactive sessions centered on infrastructure development, shifting consumer preferences and others.
